New season ticket email
sorry if this has been done already. I've just found the email to activate and pay for the new season ticket and have sorted mine. I also have my son on the same email address so have logged in to pay for his, but can't find anyway of upgrading the ticket. I paid his deposit as a junior as he was 15 at the time (at the instruction of the ticketing office people at Westfield) and will now be paying full price, but there's nowhere to upgrade the ticket that I can see on the site. Has anyone done this already and can point me in the right direction?

At the end of the season, I think people have been told.

Is there an option to use you e-purse credit from tickets traded during the process?

Re: New season ticket email
I had all sorts of trouble paying for our STs mainly with the +2s that were not showing on the Ticketmaster thingy. It also kept telling me that my email had already been used. Well course it is, my 2 grandkids haven't got there own email accounts - IDIOTS.

I eventually went into the res centre and they gave me new client numbers that when I activated them all, worked OK. Paid up. They told me new cards will be issued in good time for the new season.

I was early. As more people try to pay I'm sure it's all going to collapse around their ears.

Good Luck!

Sorry to bring this up again.

Called reservation centre. They showed me how to pay rest of season ticket off. So I went on website - tickets - tickets online - activate account as they told me to. When I enter my client ref and surname it tells me there is an error!

Anyone else had this problem? Fucking pain.

Can you go to the reservation centre or ticket office to pay up? Might be easier than doing this online for upgraded kids tickets.

Re: New season ticket email
cant remember son. I'm sure it did as i wouldnt sign up for shit without knowing whatagwan.

saying that, i was sat doing it in my jesters hat, full kit, with my foam stadium fingers on. getting ready for next season innit.

i found the whole process iconic as well, and payments will be taken with our unique history in mind.

Did it confirm your monthly payments before you hit the confirm button, Penners?

Maybe band 3 are being charged interest but band 2 aren't?

Re: New season ticket email
my interest is £37.40 over the 10 months, so £3.74 per mth.

Re: New season ticket email
Just to test it, I've gone all the way through the finance thing and am at the very last page to confirm. At no point does it tell me what my payments are and the last page confirms no interest?

Re: New season ticket email
It sounds like the system has fucked up as sure my payment should be more?

Re: New season ticket email
So you can have 10 months grace at a cost of £30, or 4 months grace at a cost of £25?

CLASSIC BERKS, they must have tipped V12 off about that.

I dont have the option to pay more.

Guess once I get the email it means I can then pay off the rest.

penners28 5:40 Tue Apr 19

On the 10 month?

Re: New season ticket email
Mine's about £3 interest per mth

On The Ball 5:18 Tue Apr 19
Re: New season ticket email
It's £6.25 interest per month.

Of course it's a con, it's finance.

Re: New season ticket email
Surely the £25 fee is an intrest?

Johnson 5:12 Tue Apr 19
Re: New season ticket email
Penners, the 19.8% APR does not cost you £25 to set up.

They've just front loaded the interest.

Think about it, if they can afford to process 10 payments without charge, surely they can afford to take 4 without charge.

It's just a different way of getting more money back than what they are loaning.

It is, because its interest free?
